Hello and welcome to our blog.
It’s my (Clare) turn to inspire you with an acetate aperture card I made for my nieces birthday.
I’ve created step by step instructions below.
1 – Measure and cut a white piece of card measuring 14.5 cm x 14.5 cm. Along the long side score and cut at 14.5 cm.to create a card base.
2 – Cut a piece of patterned paper from Sarah’s A Few Of My Favourite Things kit, measuring 14 cm x 14 cm. Fix centrally on the card base.
3 – Die cut a 7.5 cm circle in the middle of the card front. Set aside.
4 – Die cut a circle frame from white card, using a 9 cm circle die and a 7.5 cm circle die. Fix around the circle aperture.
5 – Die cut a 9 cm circle from clear acetate. Fix to the back of the white card circle frame then fix to the card base.
6 – Die cut the ‘Hello’ sentiment from black card. Add to the centre of the acetate aperture.
7 – Stamp the Daisy Charm Street Cutie image onto white card. Colour using alcohol markers. Trim to size then fix to the right of the aperture using foam pads.
8 – Punch 3 banners from black card. Fix tot he top left corner using foam pads.
9 – To Finish add coloured sequences from Sarah’s AFOMFT kit.

I hope you have enjoyed today’s inspiration and thank you for stopping by.
